About this apartment
Fabulous mansion in the best neighborhood of Sitges.
The accommodation is located a few meters from the promenade and beaches of Sitges. It has a heated pool, a large garden with natural grass, barbecue, a table football and a large table outside with capacity for 20 people.
As it is an outdoor pool, in cold or adverse weather conditions, air conditioning is not available.
The house is divided into 7 double rooms, one of them has a dressing room, 4 full bathrooms (3 of them with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and a washbasin. It also has air conditioning for summer and heating for winter, Wi-Fi high speed fiber optic internet, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, with osmosis.
Outside there is a parking space with capacity for up to 4 cars.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
There are 2 rooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
- The main room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds
- Another room has 2 bunk beds, with 3 single beds and 1 double bed
- Another room with 1 double bed and two single beds
- The other 2 rooms with 3 single beds each.
The price of the cleaning includes sheets for all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.
We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment or villa. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.
On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.

Cancellations

To receive a refund of 50% of the accommodation rates, the cancellation must be made 30 full days before the local arrival time (or 15:00 if it is not specified) of the day the reservation begins.
If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not enjoyed are not refundable
If the guest arrives and decides to leave their accommodation ahead of time, nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.
