About this apartment
Beautiful and quiet detached house with private heated pool, garden and sunny terrace. The house is distributed in 5 rooms and 3 complete bathrooms.
The rooms are organized as follows:
Floor -1: 1 room with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds)
Floor 0: 1 room with 1 double bed
Floor 1: 3 double rooms with 1 King bed and 2 double beds
On the -1 floor, in addition to the beds, we find a wonderful games room with billiards, table football and other games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge that includes ice and water dispenser and osmosis
In the living room we find a large white leather Chaise Longue sofa and a Smart TV. The house has a fiber optic internet connection with a speed of 300 megabytes.
The house is ideal for families since it is very quiet, in an area surrounded by forest. It is 5 minutes by car from an area with supermarkets, gas stations and a variety of shops and a 10-minute drive from the center of Sitges and its wonderful beaches.
An ideal area to spend a good family holiday.
On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.

Cancellations

If the guest arrives and decides to leave their accommodation ahead of time, nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.
