About this apartment

Nice duplex penthouse on the first floor and newly renovated. The accommodation is distributed in 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room and a nice and quiet wooden interior terrace. In all rooms there is a TV.

The distribution of the beds is as follows:

- 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed

- 1 room with 1 double bed

- 1 room with 2 single beds

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. and all the necessary utensils to feel like at home.

The accommodation has fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection. In the living room and in all rooms there is air conditioning.

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, 2 minutes walk from the famous Ribera beach and its magnificent promenade and in the historic center of Sitges, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the downtown shopping area. The train and bus station are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The price of the cleaning includes sheets for all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.

On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.
