About this apartment

Wonderful penthouse in the center of Sitges, 5 minutes walk from the famous Ribera beach, recently renovated and equipped in a complex of 4 buildings with a lot of exterior space. The apartment consists of 2 double rooms (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds) and a double sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home: fridge, freezer, dishes, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.

The accommodation includes Wi-Fi fiber optic maximum speed and a parking space in the enclosure. The dining room has access to a large terrace very sunny and side view of the sea.

In the community there is a large swimming pool and a children´s play area and a ping-pong table.

The price of the cleaning includes sheets for all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment or villa. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.

On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.
