  To receive a refund of 50% of the accommodation rates, the cancellation must be made 30 full days before the local arrival time (or 15:00 if it is not specified) of the day the reservation begins.

  If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not enjoyed are not refundable

  If the guest arrives and decides to leave their accommodation ahead of time, nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.

  The apartment is fully renovated and has air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi fiber optic Internet and everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday near the beach.

  The kitchen is modern, newly renovated and has all the necessary amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, etc. and all the necessary utensils to cook and feel at home.

  The apartment is located on the third floor and the building has an elevator. There is also a parking space in the same building.

  In the price of cleaning are included sheets of all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.  

  We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment or villa. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.

  On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

  Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.
